Cupping
Cupping is a type of non-invasive therapy that involves placing small suction cups on the body to lift tissue and stimulate blood flow, increase circulation, open up the lymphatic system, and reduce fluid build-up. The two types of cupping therapy I specialize in are dry cupping and gliding cupping.

1
Gliding Cupping
Also known as Moving Cups, this effective method relieves muscle tension and improves blood flow to painful areas and myofascial releases. This method is most similar to a massage and can be done as light or as deep as needed. It is also used for scar treatment to decrease scar tissue buildup and soften scar lines.
2
Static Cupping
The cups are placed on muscles to lift tissue, promote relaxation and blood flow, and release tension. They remain in place for 3-10 minutes depending on the patient's needs.
3
Facial Cupping
Similar to guasha, tiny suction cups are used to increase blood flow, collagen production, and soften scars, fine lines, decrease puffiness, and help define jaw/cheek lines.
